PotlatchDeltic mill locations are always on the lookout for skilled maintenance millwrights. These multi-skilled employees are responsible for repairing and maintaining all plant equipment to improve operating conditions, equipment reliability and quality performance. Millwrights play an integral role in keeping the site running smoothly, and their skill set is critical to the success of our businesses. Every day, workers perform predictive and preventative maintenance as well as utilize best practices in maintenance planning in partnership with mill operations. This position is unique in that millwrights work in all the mill departments and get to see the process from beginning to end. It is a fast-paced, hands-on role where every day presents new and exciting challenges. No two days will ever be the same for our millwrights! Individuals must have experience working on gearboxes, troubleshooting heavy industrial equipment, alignment, installations, blueprint reading, belt and drive chains knowledge as well as additional maintenance experience in an industrial setting. Qualified individuals will have some industrial trade schooling as well as three or more years of experience working in the industrial maintenance field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • Minimum of four years of accounting experience required
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills and a solid understanding of internal controls and GAAP required
  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • Strong computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and advanced proficiency using database/report writing programs required
  • Working knowledge of general ledger software systems and understanding of consolidation accounting process required
  • Experience using an enterprise accounting system required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals across the organization
